Our Beyond Your Book program is a 4-week live training experience designed to get you laser-focused on growing your reader base, attracting ideal book buyers, and learning the business of being a successful author.

BEYOND YOUR BOOK LEARNING OBJECTIVES

You will be able to formulate strategies and objectives to grow their author business.

You will develop skills to increase their book and brand awareness, leads, and sales.

You can write and deploy action plans to support their strategies.

You can select and schedule book promotions and effectively.

You will develop your ability to monitor, measure, and analyze results, and determine ROI (return on investment) for your book promotions and action plans

You can research and identify high-potential and relevant sources (media outlets, journals, bloggers) and other influencers relevant to their genre and book topic(s)

You will learn how to write pitches to relevant journalists, bloggers, reviewers, show hosts, etc.

You will be able to confidently use the publishing, marketing, and promotional tools presented

Dawn is the Founder and Managing Director of Publish and Promote, a company dedicated to teaching you “the business of being a successful author.”

She has over 20 years of publishing experience in books, magazines and newspapers.

Dawn James is an international award-winning author for her incredible afterlife story Unveiled: Autobiography of an Awakened One (2022 Silver Nonfiction Award | Reader’s Favorite). She is an avid journaler, writer, mentor, and author of 15 books.

Her annual in-person Costa Rica writers' retreat The Right Place to Write, was voted one of the Top 20 writers’ retreats worldwide.
