  • All prices are in USD and included applicable taxes and fees.
  • 25% non-refundable deposit due on acceptance.
  • 3 installment payments of $625 by June 30, 2025

The Venue:

A private Oceanside 2-story villa in Hermosa. Amenities include air conditioning, indoor and outdoor writing spaces, wifi, pool, private cook. Our venue is a smoke-free, drug-free environment.

Dawn James is the Founder and Managing Director of Publish and Promote, a company dedicated to teaching others “the business of being a successful author.” Since 2010, she has coached hundreds of writers to fulfill their dream of becoming published authors.

There is nothing quite like seeing your name in print. Dawn cherishes the relationship she builds with each of her clients in their quest to become published.

Dawn is passionate about teaching others how to write for impact, leave readers turning the pages, and connect to their ideal audience!

She has over 20 years of publishing experience (magazines, newspapers, books), focusing on quality and customer service excellence.

Dawn is also a 14x bestselling author and an international award-winning author for her incredible afterlife story Unveiled: Autobiography of an Awakened One (2022 Silver Nonfiction Award | Reader’s Favorite).

Dawn is also the Founder of For the Grandchildren, an organization dedicated to collecting, preserving, and sharing Elder Wisdom for the betterment of future generations.
