Registration and Cancellation Policy

Once we confirm your booking dates are approved, we will ask you to make your non-refundable deposit of 50% within 24 hours.  The balance of your registration fee is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in your reservation’s cancellation. Your reservation is not secured until we receive the full registration fee.

Personal retreat registration fee includes three meals a day, accommodation, 2 one-hour coaching sessions with retreat facilitator, self-guided author education/learning, and  airport transfers from Quepos airport  near Manual Antonio, Costa Rica( airport code QXP).

Group writint retreats registration fee includes daily breakfast and dinner, 4 educational workshops and a 1-hour private coaching session.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for leaving The Right Place to Write early or starting later than the confirmed booking.

By making your non-refundable deposit, you agree you read through the description of the retreat, accommodations, and our offerings on our website: therightplacetowrite.com and/or publishandpromote.com. You agree with our policies.

The Right Place to Write reserves the right to cancel any of our retreats—with a full refund—to accepted participants for reasons of force majeure. In cases of personal or health emergencies that result in facilitator’s cancellation, we will issue a full refund.
